[IIAB] sustainable development resource?

I noticed mention of pelican in the commit log and was curious.  Net
result was I googled and found an apparently unrelated website
http://pelicanweb.org/ that publishes a journal called Mother Pelican
under creative commons on sustainable development which might be worth
evaluating to see if it is relevant to iiab's target audience.  Thus
far I've only very briefly glance through the home page.

(I still don't know what pelican is...)
