[IIAB] IIAB Feature Freeze

When you have decided when exactly you'll freeze, please ping me. I am
getting close to integrating the new geosearch. The new database is
currently building -- still.  It is about two days into it and 3/4ths
finished. After that the search index needs to be generated. It will
be close, but if it's included I'll be happy.
