[IIAB] Help needed for testing Apache configuration on Fedora 18

Hi John,
Please post your questions to the iiab list so that others might be
able to help.  I'm a bit overloaded.

The sentences about XSendFile and iiabstatic simply describe what the
following step, in creating the iiab.conf, does.  You shouldn't need
to do anything except install the apache modules as instructed and
create the iiab.conf as specified.

Thanks for your help.  I was disappointed not to get to meet you
yesterday.
