[IIAB] Outernet Project

Hi folks,

I've been having some IIAB-related discussions with Thane Richard of the
new Outernet project.  It is an interesting, and partially deployed,
solution to broadcasting big digital content to the developing world via
satellite.

The Outernet project is finishing up an indie gogo campaign tomorrow which
has raised almost half a million dollars over a $200k goal so they will
probably be a presence in our landscape.
