[IIAB] IIAB Feature Freeze

Hi IIAB (and XSCE) folks,

We're going to put a feature freeze on Internet-in-a-Box in
anticipation of School Server XSCE's feature freeze later this week
and their deployment of IIAB and XSCE to Haiti at the end of this
month.  We are entering a phase of testing IIAB and XSCE integration.

I think we are in pretty good shape.

The full dataset is going out in the mail on USB HD's to the XSCE
folks today or tomorrow.

If you have anything that really should go into this release, please
push it to master ASAP.  If you are doing any work-in-progress please
make a branch.  I'll branch master into a release branch in the next
couple days when things settle down.

Does anyone want to be release manager?  You'd need to cherry pick
approved patches on master into the release branch with git, push to
PyPi, and generate rpm files using Fedora 18 in a VM (there is an easy
script to do that).  (John Kim?)
