[IIAB] epub and Khan videos

HI, All

Actually, it is NEXS version 31. It is based on CentOS 6.4. The install
is based on the iiab-venv which I have been using
all along. I didn't report these problems earlier because I thought they
were related to missing codecs.

In the iiab-venv, the urls are http://schoolserver/iiab .... (depending
on the module). So the Gutenberg collection is
http://schoolserver/iiab/books/....

In the epub case, everything is fine to the details page and then the
only issue is the download button. The 'read' button
delivers the htmlz version via an index.html file. The download;
however, must deliver the actual epub file.

The video problem is less clear. It may still be a codec issue. I need
to do some more testing in different environments .

yours,

Tony
