[IIAB] New IIAB machine "Hadron" is up

I've upgraded the unreliable "Zhen" with a new motherboard, 8-core CPU
3.1GHz, 500GB SSD, 500 Watt PSU, an extra cooling fan, and up to 24 GB
RAM (when needed).  The beast has been renamed "Hadron".  I did not
reinstall Ubuntu on it, the old HDs and installation and all of your
accounts remain the same.

Still at home.braddock.com port 22112

I'm hoping we can process the OpenStreetMaps dataset in less than a
day on this fellow (my prior record with 16GB and 500GB SSD was 92
hours - with 8GB and standard HDs it took a couple _weeks_), plus a
few extra days for tile rendering.

I may reinstall Ubuntu.  If you have anything of value on the machine
let me know.
