[IIAB] Licensing

Hi guys,
I declared the IIAB code to be BSD licensed in LICENSE.txt last month,
just cause I had to declare something.  Currently I only list my LLC,
Humane Informatics LLC as copyright holder.  But this doesn't
acknowledge Joel's, James', and others' contributions.

First, is BSD an acceptable license for you all?

Second, do you want contributors to assign copyright to Humane
Informatics LLC, or just want a full listing of contributors as
copyright holders?

Either is fine with me.  Assignment to my LLC may help a little with
any liability issues.
