[IIAB] Licensing

I think the license is fine. I am fine with assigning copyright to
Humane Infomatics. You can mention contributors in a file separate from
the license. I just got an email from another open source project asking
me to sign a document to formally state my handing over of copyright to
their organization. Which, they claim is standard practice for large OSS
projects. However we are not there yet and I think these emails pretty
much serve as our permission for transfer of copyright.
