[IIAB] Four new IIAB deployments en route

Congrats on the new deployments, Braddock! Keep up the good work, and hope things are well with the project! 

I've been quite busy lately to keep up with the development. 

P. S. Sierra Leone reminds me of a song with the same name in Frank Ocean's Channel Orange album from last year.
