Hi John,

Yes, I'd like you to take release management away from me soon.  I've
been short circuiting you this week just to get fixes out to Haiti as
quickly as possible while the OLPC folks are still there (they return
tomorrow).

I'll create a v0.4 release branch which you'll be responsible for.
